'Transition' has been released in Germany and Ireland for 2 days. (15.04.11) and here are the iTunes Chart update. It is #4 on the Hip Hop/Rap chart in Germany and #6 in Ireland and #171 on the Top album chart in Germany and #131 in Ireland.
