The 'Transition' launch party took place Friday 22nd April at Proud2, O2, last week friday.
The entertainment on that was provided by Wretch 32, Skepta, Sneakbo and of course Chip himself.

Chip performed songs from 'Transition', 'Every Gyal', 'Foul', 'Champion','Starbwoy' with Sneakbo, and more.
